Experienced project management is imported and utilized to train all new employees on the standards that have set Tru-Check apart from other utility contractors. In addition, 100% quality audits are performed on all new employees and digital photographs are taken at each endpoint. Once an employee has been trained, a continual quality audit process is implemented.
